Is an FHA mortgage right for me?
Got little cash and bad credit? Some mortgage lenders may toss your mortgage application aside, but a Federal Housing Administration mortgage might be an option for you.
An FHA loan requires much less in upfront costs. The federal government insures the loans, lowering the lender's risk that it will not be repaid if the applicant defaults.
"FHA loans are like training wheels for building wealth," said Jackie Coffey, a Waxahachie, Texas-based real estate investor and educator. "They help you start strong, build confidence, and before you know it, you’re cruising toward your own version of the American dream."

How to Tell If Your Home May Have Secret Hidden Spaces—According to Expert Jackie Coffey, The Happy Investor
Real estate and home expert Jackie Coffey told Newsweek: “As a general contractor and real estate investor, I’ve seen a lot of houses with secrets and, trust me, they always give themselves away.”
“Houses tell stories if you know how to listen,” Coffey noted. “And after you’ve walked enough of them, you realize every wall, window, and baseboard is part of the confession.”

Real estate investor Jackie Coffey shares practical advice on building financial discipline and preparing for opportunities, explaining that “short-term savings sprints can make a huge difference.” Her insight encourages buyers to treat money management like a “financial boot camp” to stay ready when the right deal appears.

Does a Hot Tub Boost Your Home Value? Expert- Jackie Coffey Weighs In on the COMPLICATED Truth.
Hot tubs are a popular feature for homeowners seeking comfort, relaxation, and a touch of luxury. They offer a great way to enjoy the outdoors year-round—especially in colder climates—while providing potential health benefits like stress relief and muscle relaxation. While the enjoyment they provide may be priceless, these wellness features have a considerable budget range.

They ensure buyers don't overpay, lenders make sound decisions
Appraising a house is a necessary part of the homebuying process. It protects both the lender and the buyer, real estate professionals told Homes.com.
“A few hundred bucks on an appraisal can save hundreds of thousands on a mistake,” said Jackie Coffey, a Dallas-based real estate investor who has flipped hundreds of homes.

e newest way to escape the humdrum routine of everyday life looks to open its doors in Waxahachie come August. The Great Escape will offer seven rooms that will challenge guests’ critical thinking skills with different puzzles and clues.

The Great Escape brings escape room excitement to Waxahachie
That’s the premise of the escape room adventure concept that local resident Jackie Coffey has brought from the big city to Waxahachie in her family-run entertainment venture that opened in November 2019 at 791 North Highway 77 in Waxahachie, next to Harbor Freight.
Having visited a Dallas-area escape room with her family, she and daughter Bella Renfroe thought that Waxahachie needed more things to do, so they rolled up their sleeves and got to work on the idea, joined by Jackie’s mother, Rossy.

Jackie Coffey started flipping homes in Waxahachie 12 years ago, and now she's on the cusp of starring in a reality TV show.
